Lubelski hops is the oldest and most popular hop variety grown in Poland. It is famous for its distinctive, herbal aroma with notes of bergamot, lemon and cinnamon coming to the fore. Due to its aromatic qualities, it is mainly used in beer production. Dried hop cones are also ideal as a fragrant and tasty addition to teas, herbal and yerba mate-based infusions.

Lubelski hops – how to prepare an infusion?

Pour about 250 ml of boiling water over 1-2 tablespoons of hop cones. Steep covered for approximately 15 minutes. Lubelski hops can also be added to tea, herbal infusion or yerba mate.
